Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at BabyinWonderland.com. On-line ordering is easy and convenient; simply click the add too carte button from any product page on the web site and then follow the instructions.

Payment and Sales Tax
Babyinwonderland.com accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal and cashier's checks are also accepted. Please note we are happy to take personal checks. However, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
 
Babyinwonderland.com is based in Chicago. We are required to collect 7.25% sales tax only on orders shipped to a Chicago address. Those who live outside of Chicago will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on BabyinWonderland.com, but may want to consult the tax laws regarding in their state.
 
Your Account

If you'd like to check the status of your order, feel free to call. However if you are not quite sure how it works check the lead time on your confirmation and add 3-5 days for the carrier service to get the item to you. Furniture delivery may require up to three weeks after lead time to insure safe and accurate delivery.

International Orders
BabyinWonderland.com is not shipping items outside our 48 states. However, BabyinWonderLand.com is happy to ship items to freight forwarding companies within the US that can then ship items to other countries.

Security and Privacy
We understand your concerns regarding privacy. Cookies are used on the site to help customers access and track items in their shopping cart. A cookie is sent to the individual to identify them when they return to the site for the purpose of viewing items left in their shopping cart.
 
Information given on our site is not sold to or given to other companies.  Your information is only used for the purpose of this purchase and for sending to you offers and information about our web companies.

Billing
When you order products, we will also need your billing and shipping information. This information should be as accurate as possible because we will use it to contact you regarding billing and other information we may need to process your order.

All credit card orders are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide to BabyinWonderland.com is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only BabyinWonderland.com can decrypt this secure information. We also accept orders by phone.

Terms and Conditions
When you complete BabyinWonderland.com's member registration process, you agree to all of the terms herein. We may update these terms and will notify with an obvious posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of BabyinWonderLand.com after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes.

Price changes including increases and decreases do occur. As a result prices and availability of items sold on this site are subject to change until orders are placed. If there is a price change on your order we will notify you prior to adjusting any amount to your credit card.

BabyinWonderland.com will contact you immediately if there is a product change or a delay in shipping.

BabyinWonderland.com has gone to great links to review the safety of all of the products we carry. However, we will not be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. If you are concerned about a product please don't hesitate to ask for warranties specific to your item.

Shipping Methods and Charges
Smaller items usually ship with UPS and Fed Ex. Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a Delivery Surcharge. Surcharges are noted on an item's product page and will reflect in the shopping carte.

Furniture that is shipped with an in-home delivery service via Standard Delivery will be placed inside the main entrance of the home. BabyinWonderland.com also offers premium delivery for many furniture pieces on our site. Upon delivery, the Upgraded  Delivery carrier will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice and discard the packing materials. This does not include assembly. If Upgraded is available for an item, it will be listed as an option on the item's product page.
 
If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at the scheduled time you discuss with them, please call the delivery service A.S.A.P to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 7 business days you will be responsible for all storage fees. These fees will be added to the shipping charges and we will bill your credit card.

Standard Shipping Charges

Up to $34.99 = $6.95

$35 to $49.99 = $8.95

$50 to $74.99 = $10.95

$75 to $99.99 = $12.95

$100 to $149.99 = $14.95

$150 to $199.99 = $17.95

$200 and Up 9.5% of item price

Receiving Your Shipment
If you have ordered furniture from BabyinWonderland.com, your order may be shipped via an in-home freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Please follow the simple steps:

1. When you are contacted by the delivery service get a contact name & phone number

2. You must schedule a time of delivery with the delivery service.

3. You must be there to sign for and receive your shipment.

4. Please inspect your package and note on the delivery slip if the outside of the box is damaged in any way.

Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to BabyinWonderland.com at the time of delivery by calling us at 1.888.xxx.xxxx BabyinWonderland.com will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above, and if not reported to us within 3 days of delivery

Contact you carrier immediately if you need to reschedule the delivery time.

You will be charged $75.00 for missed scheduled deliveries.

If you chose Standard Delivery, the delivery agent will place your item just inside the main entrance of your home.
 
Standard versus Upgraded Shipping
If you chose Standard Shipping, the delivery agent will place your item in the room of your choice, unpack the furnishings and remove the packaging from your home. Your item WILL NOT BE ASSEMBLED.
 
For Upgraded shipping your item will be assembled in your home.

Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges
It is our greatest concern that you're happy with your entire experience at BabyinWonderland.com If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Once your return is approved we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. BabyinWonderland.com does not refund shipping charges.

All order cancellations must be received within three business days of your order date.

You can email Customer Service or call us 1.888.xxx.xxxx Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (CST).

Custom Made Items
Babyin Wonderland LLC cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item that is Custom Made. Cut yardage is considered custom made and may not be returned. Please request a swatch if you have any doubts regarding a fabric you are interested in. However, we want to know if you are not satisfied with your purchase. It is very important to us that you have exactly what you want.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be redeemed at any time.
They may be sent via email or United States Postal Service.
Baby In Wonderland are non-refundable.
